Terms of Service

By using Re.Alter you agree to submit garments for transformation services provided by our atelier partners. All garments submitted are assessed prior to transformation. Re.Alter reserves the right to decline garments that do not meet suitability criteria.
Estimated completion times are indicative and may vary. Re.Alter is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics. All prices are confirmed prior to collection and are binding upon order confirmation.

Collection & Return

Garments are collected from and returned to the address provided at checkout. The customer is responsible for ensuring a safe handover. Re.Alter accepts no liability for garments lost during unsupervised collection.

Privacy Policy

Re.Alter collects personal data (name, address, contact details) solely for the purpose of providing the upcycling service. We do not share your data with third parties except logistics partners required to complete your order.
Images uploaded to the platform are processed by AI systems for the purpose of generating transformation previews. These images are not stored beyond your active session.

Intellectual Property

All transformation designs generated by Re.Alter remain the intellectual property of the customer. Re.Alter may use anonymised before/after imagery for marketing purposes unless you opt out.

Re.Alter lets you transform your existing clothing into new, personalized pieces by selecting a garment and defining your style preferences, which are then used to guide the redesign process. Each item is evaluated for suitability and, once approved, is reworked into a new wearable design that extends the life of your wardrobe.

Use the app to build your transformation request, then bring your garment to our atelier. We'll review it together and confirm the details before work begins.

We accept shirts, blouses, blazers, trousers, and sweaters in reasonable condition. We only work with garments built to last — pieces from disposable fast-fashion labels are not eligible.

Most transformations are completed within 5–10 business days depending on complexity. You'll be notified when your piece is ready to collect.

Pricing is based on garment type and transformation complexity. You'll see a clear price estimate in the app before confirming — no hidden costs.

We stand behind every transformation. If you're not satisfied when you come to collect, we'll discuss adjustments on the spot. Quality is non-negotiable for us.
